One click, takes effect on the next call or message. Bookings, the board, the vaccine gate and payments never depend on AI — they keep working no matter what is off. If these switches can't be read, all AI treats itself as OFF.

OFF kills everything AI does: the phone receptionist, vaccine-record reading, message drafting. The software runs fully manual.

OFF sends every incoming call straight through to the facility's own phone — the AI never picks up. Texting and the rest of the software are untouched.
